We are currently looking for an enthusiastic ‘Foodie’ to join our Foodwerk team. We chose the title ‘Consultant’ because you will basically be a jack-of-all-trades. You play a crucial role in the organization in terms of sales, HR, and administration, which will allow you to develop a wide range of skills.

What will you be doing at Foodwerk?
As a Job Consultant at Foodwerk, you are a multi-tasker. Your responsibilities are diverse and never dull. At one moment, you will be busy finding candidates for regional companies collaborating with Foodwerk; this involves writing job postings and distributing them through job boards and social media channels, recruiting and making sure everyone will be placed within the right organization. Other times, you will be creating work schedules for Foodwerk’s temporary employees and ensuring they receive their salaries on time.
Being sales oriented is also important. Foodwerk is growing, and you will play a vital role in that process! It is essential to maintain ongoing contact with our clients and actively address their needs. You will also approach new, regional food companies (prospects) by calling or visiting them to discuss what Foodwerk can do for them.
Furthermore, Foodwerk provides food safety trainings and education for its employees. No experience in this area? No problem! We are happy to teach you so that you can contribute to a safe working environment for all of our employees.
Your working hours will be between 09:00 and 17:00, with the flexibility to arrange your workdays.
Who are you?
Available: Full-time (part-time employment is negotiable).
‘Foodie‘: An affinity with the food sector is a plus.
Experienced (or inexperienced but eager to learn). Experience in sales or HR is not a must but is a plus.
Smart: MBO+/HBO work and thinking level in the fields of sales or HR.
Creative: You can stand out from the rest.
Sales oriented: You want to contribute to the development of our organization.
Polyglot: English is a must. Additional languages are a plus. (Dutch, Polish or Ukrainian are even a bigger plus)
What do we offer?
Money: You’ll receive a monthly salary between €2400-€3150, depending on your experience.
Vacation(Paid leave): You get 25 vacation days to recharge.
Even more money: Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer is provided.
