We are looking for an enthusiastic Shift Leader to join our team in Nijmegen. In this dynamic role, you will ensure that our expedition runs smoothly, and our customers receive the right products on time. Furthermore, you are responsible for the productivity and well-being of your own team.
As Shift Leader, your responsibilities will be diverse.
Tasks and responsibilites:
- Supervising operations and intervene when necessary;
- Conducting quality checks on outgoing goods and resolving issues;
- You are also actively involved on the warehouse floor, overseeing the loading and unloading of goods;
- It is important that you are visible to your own team. Employees feel more connected to their leader and are more likely to seek guidance or support when needed;
- Ensuring our meals are correctly packaged, labeled, and delivered with the right expiration dates to our customers is of utmost importance. Each store has its unique requirements, making accuracy essential before loading the products;
- Additionally, you will handle report generation, necessary paperwork, and communication via email.
Who are you?
You are a confident individual with a clear communication style. Fluent English is a must, and if you also speak German, Russian, or Polish, it would be a valuable asset given our international team. You are a problem solver, capable of swiftly adapting to challenging situations. Resilience under pressure and the ability to learn from mistakes are key qualities that define you.
Furthermore, you meet the following criteria:
- Logistics backround is a must;
- Leadership experience;
- You are proficient in speaking and writing English;
- If you speak and write Dutch, is dat een pluspunt;
- You have your own transportation to work.

- The salary starts at €2950 per month based on a 40-hour workweek (Including irregularity allowance). More experience = Higher compensation;
