Allround production worker

As an allround production worker, you’ll be working with the largest bean sprout specialist in Europe. Our client is a growing organization with an informal working environment and short communication lines. With over 70 employees, they harvest more than 75,000 kilos of fresh bean sprouts daily, supplying retail, industry, and foodservice within an 800 km radius of Nijmegen.

You’ll be part of a motivated team in a clean, dynamic workplace where quality, teamwork, and precision are key. The company is constantly improving and innovating in the international sprout market, offering a role with responsibility and variety.

What will you do?

• Prepare and load growing cells
• Operate machines and monitor the filling process
• Perform cleaning tasks and wash crates using machines
• Handle internal transport and loading/unloading
• Carry out light administrative tasks

Your checklist as a production worker:

✔ You’re hands-on and ready for physical work
✔ You follow hygiene and safety rules carefully
✔ You’re available for a fixed 2-shift rotation: 7 morning shifts (week 1: 05.00-14.00) and 2 evening shifts (week 2: 14.00-23.30), with flexibility to take your 5 days off all at once or split between the shifts, in consultation with the team.
✔ You’re comfortable working in different temperatures (cool rooms, growing areas, outside)
✔ You’re a team player and open to learning new things

What do we offer?

• A starting salary of €14,40 gross per hour up to €28.80 gross per hour including shift allowance
• Travel allowance and a pleasant working atmosphere in a supportive team
• A full-time position on a temporary employment basis
• Possibility of a direct contract after 6 months
