What are you going to do?
- Setting up the machines/installations according to work instructions;
- Adjusting the parameters in case of deviations, where a high degree of automation applies (SCADA/PLC);
- Noticing production deviations and analyzing them;
- Taking initiative in improvements and leading them in, for example, SGAs (Small Group Activities);
- Taking samples and checking them;
- Autonomous maintenance.
What do you get?
- Money: From €2,300 to €2,900 (excl. shift allowance)based on full-time, depending on your expertise;
- Allowances: For shift work you will receive an allowance of 22.5%
- Leave: A lot of free time (25 vacation days and 9.5 ADV days);
- Bonus: A fixed end-of-year bonus of 4.25%;
- Development: You will have the opportunity to grow further within the company.
Who are you?
- MBO working and thinking level;
- Experience with automated production machines;
- Work experience in a modern production environment;
- You are analytically strong and have a sense of technology and optimization;
- Willing to work in a 3 shift system (Working hours are from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM (morning), 10:45 PM to 7:15 AM (night) and 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM (afternoon).
